Community Emergency Plan

Awbridge Community Resilience and Emergency Plan (ACREP)

ACREP has been produced by the Parish Council and gives general guidance to the community of Awbridge only.  It is meant to complement and support Hampshire County Council, Test Valley Borough Council, and Emergency Services plans.

The Aim of ACREP is to build community resilience and to harness local resources and expertise
to enable the community to help itself in a way that complements the response of the emergency
services.  A copy of ACREP can be downloaded below.

Being Prepared

This can help reduce the effects on people’s lives, reduce the need for support from others and enable you to support the vulnerable members of your street and community.  In this respect the Parish Council recommends that each household in the parish prepares its own emergency response by tailoring the Hampshire Household Emergency Action Plan to their own circumstances.  A copy of the Plan can be downloadable below.

The Household Emergency Action Plan is supported by Hampshire County Council and the Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Local Resilience Forum
